Terms of Service

These terms govern use of vocawave, including account access, billing, credits, commercial usage, and voice-consent obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vocawave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The Service

vocawave provides tools for voice cloning, speech generation, audio enhancement, media export, usage tracking, and subscription-based access to those features.

Features, limits, pricing, and integrations may evolve over time as the product changes.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials.

You may not share access in a way that circumvents seat, usage, billing, or plan restrictions. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Consent and Voice Rights

You may only upload, clone, generate, enhance, or export content that you are authorized to use.

You must have all rights, permissions, releases, and consents required for voice samples, text, audio, images, likenesses, and downstream commercial use. Unauthorized impersonation, deceptive use, or rights infringement is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights, harass individuals, commit fraud, evade payment, abuse rate limits, or interfere with product security or availability.

You may not attempt to access other users' content, bypass authorization controls, reverse engineer private integrations where prohibited, or use the service to create unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive media.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant vocawave a limited license to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and transform your content solely as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, create requested outputs, and support product operations.

7. Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable third-party provider requirements, you may use generated outputs produced through your workspace for your internal or commercial purposes under your selected plan.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or delivery, including factual, legal, licensing, and brand-safety review.

8. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until canceled. Credit packs and subscription credits are governed by the pricing and usage rules shown inside the application at the time of purchase.

Credits are consumed when generation, enhancement, or export jobs are processed. Subscription features and allowances may change when billing status changes, payments fail, or a subscription is canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, payment processor fees, and any applicable foreign exchange effects are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel recurring subscriptions through the billing portal or any cancellation mechanism provided in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create retroactive refunds unless required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.

Unused credits, prior billing periods, and completed usage are generally non-refundable unless the service operator chooses otherwise or local law requires a different result.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the platform, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.

We may also remove content that reasonably appears to violate these terms or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, AI processing, storage, deployment, and payments. Availability and performance may be affected by those providers.

Use of the service may therefore also be subject to relevant third-party policies and platform limitations.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every commercial purpose.

Generated media, cloned voices, and automated outputs can be imperfect. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version and will govern future use after publication.
